These Terms of Use govern your use of withgovind.com (the “Site”), operated by Govind Singh, a freelance paid-media specialist based in New Delhi, India (“I”, “me”, “my”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

What this Site is

The Site is a professional portfolio and enquiry point. It describes the paid-media services I offer, shows examples of past work, and publishes articles about advertising and tracking.

There are no user accounts and nothing is sold or paid for through the Site. Submitting the contact form starts a conversation — it does not create a contract or oblige either of us to proceed.

Services and separate agreements

Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines and responsibilities. Where such an agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement takes precedence for the work it covers.

Prices, packages and availability shown or discussed on the Site may change and are not binding offers.

Results, case studies and testimonials

Case studies and performance figures on this Site describe results achieved for specific clients under specific conditions — their budget, market, offer, seasonality and competition at the time.

They are not a promise or guarantee of similar results for you. Paid advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside my control, including advertising platform policies and algorithm changes, auction competition and cost fluctuations, the quality of your offer, pricing and landing pages, your sales follow-up, and market conditions.

Figures are reported as recorded in the relevant advertising or analytics platform at the time. Client names are used only with permission; where a client asked to remain unnamed, the business is described generically. Testimonials reflect the individual experience of the person quoted.

No professional advice

Content on this Site, including blog articles and guides, is general information published in good faith. It is not tailored advice for your business, and it is not legal, financial, tax or accounting advice. Advertising platform rules and policies change frequently, so material may become outdated. Verify anything important against the platform’s current documentation, or ask me directly about your specific situation before acting.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • use it for any unlawful purpose, or to breach any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system;
  • introduce malware, or interfere with the Site’s normal operation;
  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data, including for training machine-learning models, without my written permission;
  • submit false, misleading, abusive or spam content through the contact form;
  • misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, articles, case studies, images, graphics, layout, code and the “withgovind” name and logo — is my property or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may read, share links to, and quote short extracts of my articles for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit me and link back to the original page. You may not republish articles in full, resell or redistribute the content, remove attribution, present the content as your own, or use my name, logo or client names to imply endorsement.

The Site links to external websites and references third-party platforms. Those links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement — I am not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and visiting them is at your own risk.

Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Microsoft Clarity and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. Referring to them describes the tools I work with; it does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or official certification unless explicitly stated.

Privacy and cookies

Your use of the Site is also governed by my Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain what data is collected and the choices you have.

Availability

I aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Site may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting incidents or events beyond my control, and I may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify me against any claims, damages, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws in your country of residence.

Changes

I may update these terms as the Site or my services change. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
